Keith Bice is a graduate of Jacksonville State University and is a seasoned Loan Originator who has been in the mortgage industry since 1995. He is committed to providing excellence as your trusted mortgage advisor and has been honored with various awards and featured in numerous publications throughout his career.  However, Keith downplays personal success and lavishes credit to his staff. “I’ve surrounded myself with really good people,” said Keith. “I work with very passionate folks who love what they do, and I think that’s huge”. “It’s the people behind the scenes who make it all happen”. Keith lives in Trussville, AL with his wife Molly, son Garth, and daughter Emma. “I love spending time with my kids. That’s my passion outside my work. I love my job, but I work hard so I can have fun with and learn from my kids.

Keith’s goal over the years has remained simple; to close loans on time with a zero tolerance level for surprises at closings. Although this is considered an aggressive goal with all of the changes in the mortgage business, this along with the philosophy of customer satisfaction are the motivating factors that help Keith and his team stand out amongst their competition. Every client that we close for is asked to complete a detailed survey. One of the main parts of the survey is whether they as a homebuyer would recommend him and his team.  “If a client walks away feeling satisfied and willing to refer us to their friends and family, I feel like we have done our job. This is what I want to do for the rest of my life. When you find something you love and consequently get paid for it, it wins”, Keith said.
